KUALA LUMPUR, 14 MAY 2004 - A signing ceremony was held today for the Underwriting Agreement between Adventa Berhad ("Adventa"), Affin Merchant Bank Berhad ("Affin Merchant") and Affin Securities Sdn Bhd ("Affin Securities") for the public issue of 41 million new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each at an issue price of RM0.30 per share, in conjunction with the initial public offering of Adventa on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
