In line with investment banking framework, the Bank's Business Development & Structured Lending team focuses on business development, customer relationship management and providing selective lending/financing activities mainly in support of and complementing Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Market fee based advisory businesses.

The Department underwrites a wide variety of debt instruments both conventional and Islamic and manages a portfolio of loans and underwriting positions. It also undertakes various types of agency roles for private debt security issues and debt syndication.
